At Wordorate, each item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll ensure you receive your art in perfect condition.

To request a replacement for a damaged item:

1. Take Photos
Please take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

2. Contact Us
Email us at info@wordorate.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your request, we’ll file a claim with our shipping provider and send a free replacement as soon as possible.
